Returns
Most Ready To Wear products are eligible for returns within 30 days of purchase although restrictions may be applied if garments are worn as outlined below.
Knit compression products, including stockings, socks. arm sleeves, gauntlets, and gloves can be returned per manufactures return policies.
All products must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and must be free of physical damage, discoloration, and odors.
Special order items including custom dyed colors can not be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. Customizable products such as trim to fit or microfine products can not be returned once worn or customized.
Alternative compression products including pad, night time garments, wraps and bandaging liners can be returned or exchanged per manufactures policies but can not be worn (they can be tried on briefly for size).
